Davao Oriental State University (DOrSU) Librarians and Staff, headed by Ms. Maida C. Santos, Directorate for Library Services, conducted a benchmarking activity at the Agusan del Sur State College of Agriculture and Technology (ASSCAT)
Learning Resource Center. They were warmly welcomed by Ms. Chelly L. Lumanas, Head Librarian, together with the LRC personnel.
The Learning Resource Center (LRC) is an avenue for academic and research activities of students, faculty, researchers, and the community. It maintains collections of diverse interests and provides access to all necessary materials needed by students and other library users in the academe.
As academic support to the institution of higher education, the Learning Resource Center (LRC) collects, organizes, disseminates, and preserves collections of different formats to support the online teaching and flexible learning modality process in the curriculum. Adheres to the institutionβs vision, mission and goals the library envisioned to become a paradigm shift in the provision and delivery of information to produce a globally competitive human resource using the best technology.
